Coastal Caribbean Oils & Minerals, Ltd. is an active independent oil and gas exploration company and through
its subsidiary, Coastal Petroleum, it holds mineral rights in Montana and North Dakota in the oil producing region known as the Williston Basin. The Company's objective formations on those leases include the Lodgepole and the Eagle among others. The Company's future growth will be driven primarily by exploration and development activities and its business strategy is to increase shareholder value by acquiring and drilling reasonably priced prospects that have good potential, whether in the Williston Basin or in other parts of the United States, with the goal of shaping the Company into a producing independent oil and gas firm. Coastal will continue to seek high quality exploration projects with potential for providing long-term drilling inventories that generate high returns.
